Bilingual Customer Support

As a member of our Premier Customer Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering calls with sincere enthusiasm, web chat, and leads while documenting every process in a high-paced environment.
  • Delivering exceptional service by providing professional, attentive, and accurate product and company knowledge to all customers.
  • Accurately identifying and addressing the customers’ needs in a timely manner as well as boarding new client applications and product orders.
  • Navigate our company database platform with exquisite time management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and/or experience.
  • Min. High School Diploma/College Degree a plus not required.
  • 2-year customer service experience, call center or sales.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence).
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
