Bilingual Sales Representative


  • Assist with projects, administrative goals, and social media growth.
  • Be on time for work and be dependable and reliable.
  • Work overtime when necessary and/or as required.
  • Be able to learn technical procedures quickly.
  • Working knowledge of how a computer network functions.
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office 365 products; mainly Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Possess basic knowledge of Cloud-based applications and data storage.
  • Have good project planning and scheduling skills.
  • Be able to take good notes on paper, tablet devices, smartphones, etc.
  • MUST be able to follow instructions carefully.
  • Offer additional products and services to customers in order to help expand or upgrade their businesses.


  • 2 years minimum in Tech support – Tier 1 basic software and troubleshooting.
  • High-school Diploma min. College/Associates Degree preferred
  • Detailed and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • A passionate belief in notating and documenting every detail of every call, email, or case.
  • Teachable team player willing to be taught new ideas with a determined attitude.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities.
