Bilingual Executive and Social Media Assistant


  • Advanced written and verbal communications.
  • Attention to detail
  • Event planning
  • Support Executive with marketing, scheduling, and research responsibilities.
  • Maintain records, develop reports as needed.
  • Receive and screen all incoming calls, as needed, and respond to callers’ requests and inquiries, as appropriate. 
  • Assist with preparation of presentation projects, English and Spanish.


  • 2 years previous collections experience in a high-volume business environment
  • The ability to read, write and speak in both English and Spanish Self-starter with strong initiative and drive.
  • Good judgment and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and achieve goals with minimal supervision.
  • Solid personal social media experience
  • Strong data entry skills
  • A great eye for detail, paperwork and numbers


Salary dependent on qualifications and skills. $16-18/HR to start. Excellent Health Insurance.
